The Mesa Ridge COA is managed by Z & R Property Management. The Association dues "assessments" are as follows: $149 per Unit per month with 2 Units paying $154 per month due to them having a covered carport. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 10th of the month, when a $10.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. There is one yearly meeting normally in October/November.
